HYO collects only what you share with us — your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry — to respond to consultation requests and, with your consent, to send the Gift Guide.

Health and mobility notes are used solely to plan a safe, comfortable journey and are shared only with the care team assigned to your family. We never sell personal information.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to answer you and plan the journey. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted.
